Creating new products is a feature reserved for Narva Erply only. New products should never be created in French Erply or directly in Magento unless you know very well why you are doing this.
There are no strict requirements for creating new products, as whenever any product information is updated this change will be reflected in Magento.
All product fields that are not mandatory when creating a product in Erply can be left blank as such. However, please use common sense as your guide, if for example you leave product name empty there will be little use from such produc, so maybe you should not create it in the first place or at least give it some temporary name.

Fields with special requirements
Product Group
In Magento, value of this field translates to “Attribute Set” – a collection/set of fields that will be used when creating a product in Magento. If you decide to introduce a new Product Group in Erply, you will also need to manually create an Attribute Set in Magento with the same name. If you do not do this, product will not be imported into Magento!
All parameter fields with checkbox values (Number of Layers, Blade Type…)
Even though these fields allow to select multiple values (multiselect) you should only select one. If you select multiple option, the top-most will be used and others ignored.
Category
Selecting any value in this field with have zero effect on in which Product Category in Magento product resides. This field was populated when products were initially imported from Magento to Erply, but carries purely informational function. It is very useful to fill this field however, so when adding product to category based on this filed is going to be implemented, it will be possible to control it directly from Erply.
YouTube Videos
In this field you should enter only the code of video from YouTube or multiple codes separated by comma (,). So if for example a full video URL on YouTube is “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uI4x0wvogco”, in this field you should type only “uI4x0wvogco”, or if you want to add several videos, then “uI4x0wvogco, uI4x0DFhjYp”.
