Products

Products are always created in Narva Erply and are then imported to Magento using automated import process using a time schedule defined in Erply module settings in Magento. This article describes in greater detail what data exactly is imported from Erply, what needs to exist in Magento for successful product import and creation of products.
Products created in Magento are then sent to French Erply using automated export process using a time schedule defined in Erply module settings in Magento. Not all products are sent to French Erply, but only those which belong to brands allowed for sale in France so that French Erply is not polluted with unnecessary product data.
All product changes registered in French Erply are then imported back to Magento using automated product update process using a time schedule defined in Erply module settings in Magento.
Inventory (Product Stock)
Quantity of products in stock is completely controlled by Erply systems. Narva Erply is responsible for product stock and availability on .com website and French Erply is responsible for product stock and availablity on .fr website. Inventory is updated using automated import process using a time schedule defined in Erply module settings in Magento. This article describes inventory import process in greater detail.
Sales Documents (orders, payments, shipments)
Orders
Orders are sent to corresponding Erply system (French or Narva) instantaneously when order is registered in Magento. It is also possible to send Order manually if for some reason it did not happen automatically. This article describes in greater detail sending of orders to Erply.
Payments
Payments are registered in corresponding Erply system instantaneously when payment is registered in Magento. It is also possible to send Payment manually if for some reason it did not happen automatically. This article describes in greater detail registering of payments in Erply.
Shipments / Invoice-Waybills
We have different procedures in place for creating shipments in Narva and France. In Narva shipments are handled using specially designed Parcels interface in Magento and are then automatically sent to Erply when shipment is created in Magento. In France shipments are created in Erply by creating Invoice-Waybills and are then periodically imported to Magento. Customers
Customers are created and updated in Erply only as part of Sales Documents processing. This article describes in what cases and what customer data is sent to Erply.
