This article describes the process of sending Shipments to (creating InvoiceWaybills in…) Narva Erply only, as in France a different approach is used.
InvoiceWaybills are created in Narva Erply instantly when Shipment is registered in Magento either directly on order editing screen or programmatically by other modules or extensions, like for example Parcels interface in Magento Admin.
Additionally it is possible to send/resend Shipments to (create/update InvoiceWaybill in…) Erply manually by pressing “Send Way” button on order editing screen in Magento Admin. This can be useful if for some reason (code error, connection timeout or similar) Shipment/InvoiceWaybill was not registered automatically.
Automatic sending of Payments to Erply can be disabled in Erply Module configuration by “Send Orders, Payments and Shipments Automatically to Erply” setting in Magento Admin should you need to do so for example in DEV website instances.
